Never Able To Access Dashboard
I have had the game for over few weeks now, I have not once been able to log into the Dashboard online. I have access to my Uplay account, as you can tell, so I know my user name and password.
I use Chrome but also have IE on this laptop.
The only type of troubleshooting I've seen is to clear my cookies/cache. I have done both, restarted the computer and NOTHING.
Anything you think I can do to get this corrected?

Are you trying to access the YS Center website?
What happens when you try to access this page: http://yourshapecenter.us.ubi.com ?
It should take you directly to a Uplay login field.
Please let us know what happens for you.

I can get to the login field no problem.
Once I enter in my user name and password I get a blank page. No error messages nothing.
I've tried with both Chrome and IE to no avail.

Try logging in at http://ubi.com and remaining logged in.
Then try to access http://yourshapecenter.us.ubi.com to see if it will let you display the page correctly.
For me, if I am logged in here at the forums and click the YS Center link, it will not ask me to log in, as I am already logged in.
You can also try logging in offsite (like a friend or neighbor's house) to see if the issue might be related to your connection.

Negative. I have taken my laptop to others houses, used different computers, tried my computer at work. I have no luck anywhere.
I have no issues using any other website, are you guys using some weird form of code?

I had the Uplay admin unlink your Uplay account from the site.
Go ahead and login with your existing account as normal at the YS Center to create a new link.

That didn't help either. Same thing happened. This time it had me relink my account including my windows live account. Still getting blank pages.

That's odd, considering that the site is functional for others.
Go ahead and submit a support ticket using the link in my signature.
We might try to unlink/relink your XBL Gamertag and your Win Live to start over fresh.
Otherwise, we'll report your incident in our system using your ticket.
