I've not come across any props other than dumbells so far (I've done around 60% of the content). I always keep a pair of 5lb weights to one side and find that the animated icons at the start of each routine show me when they're needed and give me enough time to grab them before the countdown starts. I'm not aware of a list that gives the full list of these exercises though.
