    Calorie counter

    My wife and I exercise with YSFE 2012 every Fri, Sat, and Sun. We have noticed a significant change in the way the calorie counter is acting over the past month (I'm thinking since the latest update). We were easily burning 200-400 calories in a 50 min session and now we are lucky to break 100. We are doing all the same exercises and hitting the same 90%+ accuracy we were before. This is very demoralizing (even more than I thought it would be). What exactly, if anything, can be done about this? Does anyone know? Thanks.

    Have you added your age, weight, height and gender into "Edit Profile" (in the blue section of the menu) ? "Edit Profile" was added in the last update and effects calorie count.

    Hey NanoParticle, I really think that thread about the Update/Edit Profile needs to be a sticky thread in this forum. My Wife and I have been living with the lesser calorie count since Dec. 23 hoping for a fix and just found the "Edit Profile" thread the other day.

    Can't say the profile update made any difference for me. Like for like workouts in 2012 against 2011 burn less than 1/2 the calories. This coupled with not recognising leg kicks in some of the cardio boxing is a great disappointment. I LOVE the new workouts but i think we all know these bugs will go on for month without resolution, as Ubisoft are more than likely working on 2013.

    Thanks NanoParticle, I'll check out the profile section and see if that makes the difference. Hopefully it does, as it is very encouraging to see those 100s of calories melting away.
