I have found that a lot of the routines require me to pivot and crosspunch (or some other similar action). My current shoes (Nike Dart 7's)are disagreeing with my toes, causing me some discomfort. I was wondering if there are any recommended men's athletic shoes that work best with YourShape? I mean, I don't want to have to mortgage my home to buy shoes. My landlord might not appreciate that. Thanks.

I'm not sure if my advice will help because I'm female, but, I really love my Puma's. They are the most comfortable work out shoes I've ever had. I can do Your Shape in them, run in them and I used to walk to work in them. Maybe they would have something comfortable for you as well?

I've had similar problems in that some of the routines just cause my feet to hurt when wearing shoes.
My solution was to pretty much just take my shoes off and do the routines without them, putting them on only for some of the exercises that had my feet creating too much friction with my carpet (cross ski exercise comes to mind)
