    Hi,

    When setting up my profile, I entered main objective as "Post pregnancy" fitness. I want to change this to focus on weight loss but can't find how to go back to change it. I also hear people talking about calorie burner/weight loss session but can't find anything other than the "Mens Fat burner" program. Can anyone help?

    I'm not completely certain, perhaps someone else can say for sure, but I think you are able to update that information when you retake the fitness test.

    Any of the cardio programs or cardio boxing fitness classes would be good calorie burners.

    The "special" 12 session routines are the same regardless of the fitness test objective. So, you can choose one of those (like Mens Fat burner).

    As far as I know, the sessions in Cardio, Sculpting and Toning are also the same, but I'm not sure if the game is not changing their sequence based on the fitness test.
