i just got the game, and i am having a great time! however, i don't know exactly how long i should use it for each day.

Really depends on your individual capacity, goals and enjoyment. I use it right now for about an hour to a hour and a half/day, but I've only been playing it less than a week. I try to get at least 500 cals burnt by playing this. I also play several other Kinect games, so that goes toward cal. burning as well. I would say play it until you either get tired or bored.

Don't overdo it! If you can't do the exercises properly anymore/are very tired, then stop. It makes no sense to get to 500 cals one day and then not be able to work out the next 4 days because your body hurts! Start slowly, then increase the workload in smaller steps.

It depends on your current fitness level and other factors that are unique to you. When I first started I think I probably did about 20 minutes a day and got in between 50 and 100 calories. As time went on and the initial soreness went away
I started increasing the time spent and the calories burned. Now I do 2 sessions a day about 45 min each and burn about 300 calories a day. Give yourself time to work up to what's right for you and don't hurt yourself.

From that updated thread a comment from Spectra FD:
"You can only complete 1 Daily Session every 24 hours. If you do the same routine 2 times in one day it will still only count it once. It's designed as a "DAILY" workout."
That makes sense... you did it already so it can't be that you burned any extra calories by doing that workout again!
