Does anyone know if some kind soul has gone through the game and listed the details of each workout? This is seriously lacking from the game and I'd love to know what I'm getting into before I "sign" up for a new workout program. Ideally: length of workout, # of exercises (what are they?!), # of total workouts within the program, expected calorie burn. Ubisoft, if you're listening, this is pretty critical because your biggest competition EA Sports Active 2 has all of that! Thanks.

Does anyone have a list of also the "regular" routines - Cardio, Toning, Sculpting?

It lists them in choose session so I never bothered adding them to the wiki.

CracklierGolem, it might actually be helpful to some to list them since it's possible to go all the way through the Cardio, Toning, Sculpting sessions without ever accessing "choose session." I went all the way through the Toning program the first time without ever realizing that "choose session" was there

Indeed.
Pity the program doesn't tell you in which session you are at the moment - 1.3? 2.2? 3.1?
So you have to remember that or just ignore it and press "next session" after finishing the current one.

I started adding the Cardio Workout to the Wiki.
And finished Cardio Boxing.
