Hi - I'm new to the program, and when I took the evaluation at the beginning of the program, it said I was a "Beginner" in cardio but "Trained" in toning (which I don't agree with - I feel that I'm out of shape in both areas). Anyway, I tried choosing the Men's Health Sleeve-Busting Arms workout, and it just launched me straight into a dumbbell routine with no tutorial whatsoever. I tried it, but I soon stopped, since I don't know the exercises and I don't want to hurt myself.

MY QUESTION: Does the "trained" symbol on a routine mean that you won't get a tutorial on that routine? And if so, is there a way to see the tutorial anyway?

    Thanks very much!

The "trained" designation is pretty much for difficulty level of the exercise routines. But don't have anything to do with getting (or not getting) a tutorial. My experience has been that none of the 12 session programs have tutorials. It's seems that the philosophy of those programs is that you will learn the exercises as you repeat the 12 sessions, since all the sessions as the same.
