New DLC, anyone having problems accessing it? | Forums

We recently purchased the combo pack for your shape and it does not come up in the game as downloaded. We have downloaded it multiple times and still no dice. My husband has checked into under his profile and the same thing. SO, anyone else having an issue with the new packs and what can we do to get them to show up?

I am also having problems accessing the DLC. I bought the combo pack (Kickboxing and toning) from xbox.com. Later on, I logged into the Xbox 360 console in my family room and tried to download it from the download queue, but I got an error stating that it wasn't the primary console (I have 2 xbox 360's, one in my family room and one in my son's room). I was given the option to download it anyway, so I selected that option and it appeared to download. However, when I started the game and tried to select the toning program, it displayed a message asking to apply Microsoft points in order to play it. I am aware of the restriction that the DLC can only be applied to one console, so I'm wondering if the DLC is somehow tied to the xbox in my son's room and if there is anyway around this?

What I have noticed is that when you purchase and install one of the combo packs the option to purchase the items singly still remain in the game. Annoying, I know. But the content you purchased should be there also. Cycle through all the cardio boxing classes until you find your new classes. I didn't buy the first update of new toning classes but I think you will find them under "update your program" in the personal training section. Again cycle all the way through to find them.

I think Nano is dead on. They appear under "Update your program" to try something new. The frustrating thing is that if you buy it outside of the game (through the marketplace) and not within the game, it shows 2 routines, the one indicating you need to download it, then scroll back and there will be the one you downloaded.

Nano...you are exactly right. I found this confusing at first, too...but after buying both combo packs that have been release thus far, I know for certain that I do NOT have to re-purchase the same content again...and spend an extra 400 MS points per exercise routine. My take, just buy the combo packs when they are released. They'll save you money in the form of MS points.

Hey, guys... have the same problem here. Is there anyway to get these off of the list. It's really annoying that it is poping up. And I don't want to re-download and pay more to remove it.

Next add-on, I will order through Your Shape. This is a bug that should be fixed.
