    Just starting Your Shape Fitness. On the gym games where u puch blocks, then abs turn blue. What am I supposed to do then? Do I contract my ab muscles? It keeps telling me not quite right!

    I don't recall anything about abs turning blue. However, there is occasionally a blue block front and center that you need to hit. Could that be what you're seeing?

    Yes, that is it. But, how do u puch it. I have tried, rather humoressly to punch it or knee kick up.

    I always punch straight out at them - often I find myself punching down at them - though my form is far from elegant in this game Sometime I punch the blue ones purely by accident when swinging at one of the green blocks. Think of them as being right out on front of you. I don't believe kicking is called for since they appear in the easiest level that requires no kicks. But I'm a whatever-works sort of person, so get them the best way you can.

    You might also what to have a look at Spectra_FD's thread EVOLVING TOGETHER - A Couples Journey to Fitness. In part 4 she demonstrates some of the gym games and does a very nice job of punching the blocks. You might find that helpful.
