In the aftermath of DBW's recent psychotic rants, the U.I.A. (Ubi Intelligence Agency) has been doing research into DBW's past, in an effort to understand his delusional view of the World.
Sadly, it seems that his tendencies for megalomania date back decades; .....but unfortunately were either not recognized, or taken seriously until after he was in charge of a small nation.
Here we see DBW, at a very early age, asserting his dominion over the neighbor child's sandbox:

As a simbolic jesture of Victory, the citizens of EL DORADO parade through the streets one of the simblos of the moderators power...
then after the parade The FIRST CITIZEN is just in time to prevent the roasting of such instrument as if it were a simple marshmallow...
