Hmmmm.................
I've seen this all too often: .......As soon as the "New Government"¯ is installed, they start importing all kinds of "Foreign Devils"¯, appointing themselves to impressive posts, stealing from their own treasury, and designing their own uniforms!
It's time for me to move on to the next Banana Republic, in search of simple, honest piracy!

I would also suggest that the 16 naval rifles be converted to fire spin stablized rocket assisted rounds, negating the need for that pesky explosive gunpowder.
And I am quite sure that no one in the government would fault you if you were over zealous in the pursuit of taxes due, and of course the impounding of any ship violating our coastal waters...
Granted, it is not piracy.... but...
viet,
first create a folder in your desk top for easy eaccess, with the right mouse button click on any photo from the NET that you might want and use the "save image as..." and save the pic to the folder you created in your desktop.
Go to Photobucket and create an account. Log in to that account and you have the option to "upload" pic, when you click on that you have a popup that lets you look for the pics in your computer, look for the folder you created and click on the pic. then upload. once its uploaded, under the thumnail of the pic there will be the URL just click there and it auto copies it. then go to post an answer on the thread you choose on the forum, and on the top second from the right you have "display image" just click with right mouse buton on it and paste the link for the pic in there, and then click ok and youre done.![]()
