    I've been using this program for 6 weeks and no matter what part of the body I select to work, it'a always the same exercices! Very frustrating! Also, there's no contact on Jenny's home page to ask about these problems. No technical support. I'm thinking I got ripped!

    Are you selecting the "burn" option? This option, no matter what part of your body, usually has you do cardio and a few targeted exercises (from what I've found, anyway). To "burn" fat, you need to do cardio to lose weight. If you want to try some of the exercises that are targeted to a specific muscle group, I'd suggest trying the "Strength" option.
