    I was wondering if there was going to be any updates for some more dumbbell activities?
    I love the mens health I think its called the "10 minute sleeve busting activity" but there just arent many exercises in it.

    Any chance we can get any more of them? All the updates I have seen so far have been aimed towards cardio and weight loss which isnt exactly at the top of my list

    There is an "advanced" workout with a name something like "Men's ultimate fat burning workout". This one is 20 minutes and also geared toward dumbbells.
