It happened twice. Unfortunately, the only way to fix it was to log off and log back on again. So far, it has only happened in that area of the game.Originally posted by UbiLorelai:

Does this happen with other java based games? Does the same thing happen if you use a different browser? There could be lots of reasons and I am not sure it is an Imagine Town glitch since I haven't heard other people complaining of this yet.
I wonder if it could be the internet connection. First thing I can suggest is clearing out your cookies and cache and also try using the game in a different browser. See if that helps any and let me know. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
I am with Kiara right now cause she posted that problem. Well it usually only happens with Imagine Town, and petpetpark. We are using Internet Explorer but we also have MSN which I don't like using and if we cleared out the cache and cookies we would probably get in trouble. But I learned that if you just don't move the cursor anywhere for a while it starts working again.

We would need you to be able to try using the Google Chrome or Firefox browser so we can determine if the issue has to do with your browser and help you from there. If it becomes too much of a problem, definitely get a parent to help you clear the cash and cookies and try one of those browsers! And of course, thank you for reporting any bugs.
Then i end up having to refresh so that the game would work. its so annoying!!
