Finished first routine - Nice and Easy (its not. not for me). Debating whether to stick with this one (I like it) or start a new one. Wondering if anyone has any fave p.t. routines, and why. Thanks.

While I'm not doing it right now, my favorite is Sleeve-Busting Arms. It's an upper body toning program with weights. I like it because my legs and lower body are already in pretty good shape and I'm trying to get back the nice looking arms and shoulders I had back when I was toting babies

Thank you. I guess I should answer my own question. I like Nice and Easy because it is a good mix of challenging exercises. Squats/lunges/tap side tap back etc pretty challenging for a 52 yr old guy. The fact that it is only 13 min long may also have something to do with my affinity. Also love the cardio boxing, bronze. YSFE has its programmatic hiccups no question but the exercises are great IMO.

I haven't yet tried all of the personal trainer routines, but so far, I've been enjoying Michelle Bridges cardio. No major tracking problems with it. Outside of personal training, I like the cardio boxing. Again, no major tracking problems.

I only answered for Personal Training because that was the question. But I very much enjoy Cardio Boxing because it has a primitive dancelike quality to it and is a good all over workout. I always imagine I'm dancing with cavemen, especially when doing the Arms Block routine. I also loving doing the Bollywood Dancing which in addition to being great fun is a wonderful waist and core workout. The Zen Classes are great when I want something low key, to unwind and put the world out of my mind.
