It's in Cardio Racer and I think it's part of the advanced cario circuit as well. It's like doing a jumping jack except that your legs alternate when they go out, so as your arms go up your right leg is going out, as they go down your right leg comes back and your left leg goes out. Pretty funky until you get the hang of it and definitely not low impact.

Although I *can* do them, I often don't do them full out because they seem to be a lot harder on the knees than any other exercise, including jumping jacks. I typically get only 50%-75% on them for this reason. I don't mind doing them properly a time or two, but the amount of pendulums that Cardio Racer requires is ridiculous!

Thanks, it's interesting to me that I have unknowingly avoided them so far. And after reading this thread I think I will continue to avoid them in the future
Since I have enjoyed the cardio boxing so much I have not felt inclined to do personal training cardio programs. For personal training I like the session that tend more toward toning. And of course I also do some EASA2 workouts.
