In the General Information section in my profile it has my country as the US, when in fact I'm in the UK. How do I change this?

I have a simular problem. It shows I am from the US but I come from The Netherlands. Where does this information come from?

Me and my husband have the same problem.
We live in The Netherlands too (even though I'm from the UK) and it shows the US flag for both of us.

On the Your Shape Center website click on the Leaderboard & Events page. Then scroll down until you see the full leaderboard. Then click on the Country tab. There you should see a field that says "Choose another country" and a button the says "Validate." Hopefully that will take care of your problem. I haven't actually used it since I'm in the US.

Hmmmm, well the website features are a bit buggy. The leaderboard shows my gender are male even though my Your Shape Center profile shows it correctly as female.

I found a place where I should be able to change myt country but the field is disabled and there is an explaination with it that says I am not allowed to change this because the law of my country (US?) does not allow it or something like that. I could be mistaken but I think even US accounts will be allowed to change their country by their laws. Total crap.
I have tried to send a ticket to Ubisoft support about this. I explained I want my country changed because I'm a Europena citizen and not a US citizen. My feeling says Ubisoft can't handle this technically or something like that and made this up. I pressed the send button and my message dissapeared into a black hole because there was no trace of it in my registered calls or sent items. As far as I can see Ubisoft has some lousy programmers. Everything feels so buggy and outdated.
Everything is a bèta around here?

I have tried support.ubisoft.com and that message sent through a webform dissapeared without a trace.

My US rank is exactly the same as my world rank so I don't think they work either
