Hi guys, I'm looking at getting either ACII or waiting for Brotherhood to come out. Just wondering what your guys' opinions are? Go for ACII or wait until Brotherhood is out?

    Cheers

Get II first to understand the story. Brotherhood came out on November 16th.

Ah, I almost forgot; Welcome to the forums! Seems that many of the older members left after Brotherhood came out, so nobody welcomes people anymore.

Thanks, I was under the impression that Brotherhood wasn't out yet? I play on a PC see. Gamewise, which one is better, do you think?

OHH. You're on PC. It's not out on PC, sorry. Well, Gamewise, you really should play II first; I liked it more, and it's good to know the story more in-depth.

absolutely play AC2, AC1 isnt necessary but dont bother playing ACB until you finish AC2. Well worth it.

Game play wise, AC2 is overall longer and more difficult, ACB is just slightly improved.

But if you are also thinking on the story you kinda should play AC2 first, or ACB will make no sense

No, the PC version isn't out yet.

Story/game wise, play AC2 first (though have a go at AC1 if you haven't already, since it's a good way to learn how the concept of the AC series began, not to mention, you don't see many Crusade era games.)

I too am waiting for the PC version of ACB, but i've already seen a few walkthroughs on youtube (don't worry, i won't say anything)

Regardless of story - AC2 does a good job getting you up to speed with the controls. Brotherhood doesn't do anything for that. Therefore, start with AC2.

Dont start with Brotherhood or you will be lost within minuets not just story line wise but otherwise aswell.
