I'm restarting this thread to hopefully goad someone at Ubisoft to actually do something about this Event Coming Soon issue. It's evidence of a crappy corporate culture, to set up a forum for questions and then not answer them. To put placeholder forum managers on the spot about things, and then not to get back to them with any information. To make a game with online content, and then not deliver on the content. It's like buying a car because it has some nice fancy features, then getting the car and finding out that the radio doesn't work, and nobody will ever be able to fix/replace it. It's still a good car, but seriously, I would either sue the car company, or negotiate a refund ... I need a damn radio!
