Hello all! I bought the game yesterday and I LOVE IT!! Yeah some times she tells me my arms are wrong but I have my own music on anyway I just follow the best I can. The Yoga I am having trouble with but that's because I am not use to it and that is GREAT because I am getting workout. Anyway, my real question is not about the game, but I am a full time student at night and work full time during the day. Things like this and the Active are great to help me get in a 30 minute workout during the days. But sometimes I don't get out of class until 8 or 9, what do I do about eating dinner. I know its not good to eat late, but its also not good to skip meals. School starts for me again tomorrow, and I am trying to come up with a game plan. Any suggestions? Thanks for all your positive comments!

Hi Jenn, I had that situation las semester, between work and classes I was gone from about 6:30am to 10pm. I packed my food for the whole day the night before. I also would have an emergency bar or slim fast type drink with me to have during my class break. I try to eat my main meal at lunch on days like that.

i did the same for years. i always eat very light and then do my 30mins for exercise and rest 15mins and then sleep. or eat a light breakfast then 30mins and run out the door. the latter helped me wake up. i have also been taking safflower oil (1Tbl) a day. it helps in my weight loss. i hope that it helps. good luck!!!!!!

Hey, Jroddy, I am also a student and am often faced with having to eat late. What I suggest is a salad and if you can fit it in a 15 minute workout before bed. That way your metabolism can get a boost. I love Your Shape, I've set out this year to drop about sixty pounds and get back to my high school weight. If anyone is interested, I have a blog full of meal ideas, and my Your Shape Progress. It's called "My Shape Sucks" and can be found HERE.

snack when you can, lots of things don't need to be kept cold. Nuts, granola, whole wheat crackers, dried fruit etc.
Also plan your meals around your classes... preparation isn't just for tests!
Good luck!
