HI, I have a friend here that is looking to start with RC as a hobby. I would like to know if anyone can give some pointers on any online sales of related products (since buying here is so expensive than would be best to buy a car).

    Thanks for the help.

    Here's a link:
Warbird and Military RC Electric Aircraft

Looks like you can order on line, but I have no experience with this site! Dunno if they deliver good stuf, or not!

This is indeed just a pointer, not a recommendation!

    (Google is yer friend!)

    Have Fun!

This is where I buy all my stuff - the prices are great and I've had no problems with them (including going through a couple of returns).
They've been around for ages (I used to order from their catalouges well before there was such a thing as shopping online) and would recommend them. Tell your friend to look up a local club, get some recommendations on some cheap ugly foam trainers, and take a few lessons. Trust me it looks simple but flying anything R/C is much harder than in a sim or flying the real thing.
