According to the answers to the community posted on 2/9...
"1. Is there any way to delete or opt to not have an exercise in the routine? I can't do a push up or a side plank to save my life! And I'm wasting precious time waiting for the exercise to be over.
The game does not allow you to skip individual exercises. However, if you’re having trouble with a particular exercise you can check the tutorial or adjust the move to meet your needs. For example, you can keep your knees on the ground while you do the push-up and build your way up to a full push-up. Another idea is to substitute another exercise (like jumping jacks or sit-ups) so that you aren’t wasting your time.
If we substitute another exercise then "Jenny" will tell us we're doing it wrong and our score will go down, then the exercises will be adjusted because we're "having difficulty"... is this really a good solution???
