    Lost email address

    I have forgot the email i set on my account. I use a lot of different addressees. I have acces to them all, I just need to be able to see it. Is there a way? I can "login" to my game, (it is saved), but I want to play on another machine. Thanks.

    Hello, if you do not remember the correct account, you should be able to contact our support office by sending a ticket here. Include the activation key that you have received with your game and we can search that to determine the account you need.

    ExultionYT,

    If you've lost access to your email address, the Ubisoft support team will need to go over some security questions with you, and once those are answered, a new email address can be added to your account. It was the right thing to do to submit a ticket, but you also have the option of using the telephone if you wish to.

    man i have also foegot my email of assassin's creed 4 and after giving 2 tickets also there is no reply plzzz help me my username is "akd30"
