    Hi all I am going to post my weekly progress here on thursday NZST every week. I am using your shape for pc - shame the evolved version wont be on PC ;-(. I am doing this for myself and my family.

    I started the program on thursday the 17th of June and with doing a 15 min work out each day and monitoring my food intake using local calorie counting spreadsheet

    I am just over halfway by using your shape and monitoring my food input I am making some headway, I can not wait to let you all no how its going on thursday.

    The first 2-3 days were hard experienced some quite sore muscles, I managed to pull one when I jumped out of my seat yesterday morning at 2:30am when the all whites scored a goal against Italy. Apologies to the neighbors if i woke them up.

    It is now Tuesday and I am far less sore and getting into the routine of working out every day.

    Morning workout and finally no more soreness today and my first >90% score for the workout

    Going to attempt a second 15 minute workout in the late afternoon before dinner.

    Ah boy managed to complete the second workout much lower score but that's fine I was pleased to just get through it - anyways 1st weekly results day tomorrow watch this space.

    Well folks I am pleased to report the following. The goal last week was to get 1.8kg off so 3.5 is brilliant I am very pleased with these results. The your shape program saved me time and gym fees which has never gotten these results. Goal this week will be the same 1.8kg to achieve a weight of 90KG by October 31st. Upping my workouts to 15 mins morning and afternoon, see how we go! :-) Oh yea and as I am in New Zealand, we are in the future here, I can't help you with lottery results, but hence why my dates are a day ahead of the forum date & time.
