    1) I have seen the question posted by a few users - not being able to advance the 12 day training programs and do different programs (cardio for example) at the same time. For example I do the arm 12 day program, then I do a toning program. The next day I want to do the arm program and it has re-set to day 1 again. My question is anyone been able to do this without resettting the 12 day programs?

    2)The progam has shown me new moves more than onces (and yes I have finished the program that I was first shown the new move in)(repeated tutorials)
    &
    the program gives me new moves I have never seen before without showing me how to do them. (no tutorial)
    anyone have any fixes for these issues?


    3)there is no way to say you want to skip an excersie at this point correct? I have a injury that prevents me from during a few excercises I have come across. I wish I could go somewhere to set an excerise I am not able to do...

    1) As far as I know, there is still no fix for this. However, since the 12 day routines are the same for each of the 12 days (and there is no reward for finishing them), I simply do them when I like.

    2) I have that too, but it is not a big issue for me.

    3) No skipping possible. Just stand there till it finishes by itself.

    3) An alternative to standing still during an exercise you are unable to do is to move about during that time. I suggest doing an alternate exercise or a modified version of the one the trainer is doing. You won't get a good percentage score for the exercise but the sensor will see you as being active and you should burn some calories which should increase your calorie score.
