    I have to doff my hat to the routine.

    I adopted it back in May and followed a steady path and slow increase in minutes of exercise every day' by September I was finally down from over 38" waist to a slimmer 36" waist and dropped a stone and a half in weight. All blogged about about http://loudmouthman.com ; I for one cannot wait for the 2012 edition though I suspect we must all wait a few months eh ?
