Gents,
Since you represent my service in a virtual sense, I was going to point out that the way you are using your warfare devices is incorrect, but then I saw you modified them as well. I'm not sure why, but you may or may not know that a pilot uses the single anchor gold wings. A Naval Flight Officer (in the air, but doesn't control) uses the crossed anchors. An enlisted Aircrewman uses the circle with the single anchor, with "AC" on either side of the anchor's Shank. (What you have are 'Aviation Observer' wings)
Anyway, the Pilot wings would be most appropriate for all your members regardless of rank, since they all "fly" in one capacity of another.

I retired as an eqivalent to your E8 ET. Canadian Navy.
In our Navy we called the specialty, Combat Systems Engineering Technologists.
E8 is the equivalent to a Chief Petty Officer
