Jennette does love books, she even writes her own stories and screen plays and English is her best subject. She Plays Sam in I Carly and the character does not dress Preppy but I've seen a couple of pictures of her outside of her role of. She does dress quite preppy in the ones I have seen. Oh goodness. Sorry the UbiMelinda thing is so confusing to you guys. The celeb's name does not include Melinda at all though!

Here are some clues that I found out
1) Blond Hair
2) In her earlier twenties
3) Used to be on a tv show on Nickelodeon
4) She is not a singer
I think it is Jamie Lynn Spears who was Zoey on the Nickelodeon TV show Zoey 101. Zoey 101 still comes on, but they haven't made any new episodes for a few years, which probably means that the show is over. I looked her up, she does have blond hair, in her early twenties, and is not a singer!!
I hope my guess is right!!
