If you're going to make off topic posts, you might as well have a proper thread for them, so here's a nice new thread for you to play in.

    Have fun.

Not to be a real jerk, but I suggest that us bloggers boycott this thread atleast until we get an update and they stop locking threads.

You do realise, that every time one of you makes a new thread, for something that could simply go in an existing one, you drive all the other threads down, and eventually off the page completely.

Like it or not, but all the Ubi game forums discourage the making of threads simply to post the kind of self indulgent spam that some of you have been making lately.

We would much rather talk about the awesome update concerning RS2, but we settle for passing the time of day instead. I wouldn't say that that is all our fault, is it?

Off all the anoying people I've meet on the forums, BTOG64 takes the record, both in annoyance and locking topics.....should I say topic officially closed?

You have every right to be annoyed at a lack of updates, but could you guys at least stay respectful and mature here? Before you say "It's a free country" or something illogical like that, maybe you should take some time to read the rules you agreed to when you signed up.

In other words, you're being babies. Grow up.

You obviously don't get around many forums, do you?

The PR is pretty good on this forum.
I would like to say that the rules say nothing about updates and how we should feel about the absence of them. We are not babies, we just really want to hear something about RS2 and 47 days is quite a while without any word.

You're right, the rules say nothing about that, which is exactly why that's not what I'm talking about. The rules DO, however, prohibit spam. Like I said, you have every right to be annoyed about the update situation, but that doesn't give you the right to break the rules.

And just take a step back and look at yourselves. You're throwing temper tantrums because you haven't had an update for a game in around two months, which is actually an extremely COMMON drought for games to go through. Yes, you're being babies.

Guys, cheer up please, we haven't forgotten you!

Regular updates will be back in a matter of days. We're sorry to have let you starving like this, and the team thank you for the every day support that you have been showing.

Here is a personal note that Jason wanted to share with you guys:

We’ve been a little intermittent with our responses to your questions recently! This is entirely due to me being a flake – no, wait. What I mean is, it’s due to the challenges of finalizing the game. We’ve been cranking around the clock here of late to make the game great, and we lose track of time. Thanks for being patient!

Since we’re back on task, I wanted to also take a minute and thank all you folks for the interest, feedback, and general support you’ve given the Red Steel 2 team. Making games isn’t always easy, and getting such a positive response makes it easy to believe that what you are doing matters. We really appreciate it.

You guys rule, is what I’m saying. Thanks for being cool fan peeps.

    Cheers!
