Can I change the excercise routine in a way that I can avoid excercises that are unhealthy for me? E.g. I should not do the "Pendolum" and want to eliminate this from the workout routine.
How can I do this?

I don't believe this is possible. However there a few other choices you can make. 1) You can stand still until that exercise is finished and pickup again at the next exercise. In this case you will not earn any point or burn calories for that exercise. 2) You can try doing a modified version of the exercise that is more comfortable for you. In this case you may earn a few points and burn some calories. 3) Do something completely different but active. In this case you probably not earn any points but you should burn some calories.
