I have a new one:
Q: For multiplayer team play it will be important to be able to match the in game sound with that of the chat client.
We can turn off the AI Voice and the Music (perversely from the Audio Volume Window), but how can we adjust the overall game audio volume? There is a MasterVolume =14 in conf.ini but editing that makes no difference.
Thanks

Dogfighting on Quick missions.
I understand the clicking of the pilots to enable which group to fly in but whenever I choose the side of the allies, all my axis opponents are sporting Italian markings & I can't find a way to edit or change these settings.
My 2nd question is that of a complete lack of tracers in the spits (in cockpit view). Hurri's have the tracers but none in the spits? Is this a shortcoming of the game or perhaps something I'm missing.
Thanks.
Anyone????

Some missions are fought against the Italians and looks like whaterver plane you chose it will fly for the Italians. Otehr missions are made to fight the Germans.
Of course you can make simple missions in Full mission builder and you have a much more solid ability to customize the planes and weapons.
The spitfire loadout is historical. Some squads choose not to use tracers because they let the bad guy know he's being shot at. Last rounds in some guns are loaded with tracers even in the Spit, to let the pilot know he's running dry.
You can actually change the loadout in the "Plane menu", and load whatever combination of ammo you want.Make sure you give a name to the loadout and save it. That name will apear in your options when you select that plane in missions.
Here's one custom loadout i did, for the hurri. I changed the white with red tracers in four guns and removed tracers in all the others:
