I already have all the ingredients, and its something that i have never come across before, but wow, i bet it's tasty, i have 4 guests for dinner tommorrow and i will let you know how i get on...my mouth is watering already
Ships mail, did they get it? i bet the crew loved it!
One perhaps Celeon can testify to, after several holidays to Germany and Austria as a child, I've always loved (gonna get the spelling wrong now) Viener Scnitzel.
Pork steaks or more traditionally veal, coated in flour, egg then breadcrumbs, served with big chunks of lemon to squeeze over it. Fab!
Have I got it right Celeon?
Sorry Ali, fried, not too much oil or it'll taste too 'heavy'. Served with salad and new potatoes, but I guess for the authentic touch (not being smart or clever here, perhaps Celeon or someone can advise) sauerkraut? I'm not sure. Remember to beat the pork to tenderise it, and too make sure it's not too thick, at the start.
Failing that, A darn good curry everytime! Our local curry house knows my whole extended family by their first names and everytime I go in, I get asked 'How is your Father and you're beautiful Mother?' - like from a Gangster film or something![]()
Well, how about Katsudon?![]()
This is famous Japaese food.
Cutlet of pork with rice.
If I were cook of submarine,I will make it.

If you want a piece of Flemish cuisine, you can try waterzooi. It's a sort of stew, made of fish or chicken with a lot of vegetables like carrots, leeks, oignons, with herbs, eggs, cream and butter.
And of course, real Flemish are the French () fries also known as chips. The British are known for ruining chips by serving them with chips (no offense to the Brits of course).
Chips are long, narrow slices of potato that have been fried. It goes very well with hamburgers, steaks, or mussels. You can just eat them as well with various sauces like mayonaise, ketchup, tartar souce...
