    i unboxed my brand new special edition assassins creed revelations and used the code. it told me it was valid, but when i started the game there was no armor or multiplayer characters. There is also nothing in my download history on the playstation store. How do i fix this

    Hello
    The same happened to me when tried to redeem the code form my special edition of acr, i went into the game extras->exclusive content i put the code, it was valid then i downloaded the content but then when i get back to the game there was no ezio ultimate armour and no characters.
    So if you please can help i thank you in advance

    Happening to a hell of a lot of us, this doesn't look like a one off. :/

    I don't give a hoot about the Jester, but I REALLY ****ING WANT my ammo upgrades, Vlad's Sword, and that armor that GameFaqs was giving away. It's my DLC, and I need it NOW!

    Ya, I could care less about the multiplayer character but I really want that sword and extra mission. I contacted them and they said their aware of the problem and their working hard to fix it.

    The content is currently unavailable. The AC Teams are currently working to resolve the issue and once there is new information we will let you know.
