Sure,

It's a matter of extreme importance, but sadly, torpedoes don't seem to launch from ships (except yer own sub) ingame (and I have no idea why). I don't know of any mods that are able to correct this (but I stand to be corrected).

I think that someone said about a scenario in wich he put some german cargos and a bunch of PC Elco Torpedo Boats that released their torpedoes. But I'm not sure about it. Anyway, it would give us to the same original position: they don't shoot torpedoes against subs. The AI still needing some tweaks that only can be done via code.
