    Makes me feel all the more for the MILLIONS of common footsloggers on all sides left to rot in the trenches or no man's land. What a waste of human life WWI was. Was it truly anything more than a d**k measuring contest between monarchs who were almost all related by blood? Good lord.

    nteresting the see the soldiers picking over the remains of the aircraft, anyone on a visit to Canberra can see the Barons flying boots and the control column on display in the war memorial museum.

    I am pretty sure the men looking at the wrecked aircraft are actually RFC/RAF pilots. this is a WWI RAF uniform:



    Which matches pretty closely the uniforms in that early part of the video clip.
