Yes.

The third person cheat in Rogue Spear was stated as the reason why the original Ghost Recon had no third person view. However Ghost Recon 2 was still created with over the shoulder view.

They've done it before so I wouldn't be suprised if they did it again.

Make as much next-gen-console games as you want, but make at least one really good r6 for pc occupying me for the next 3 years

dosent matter who you cater your game to, if it sucks no ones gonna buy it. Neat Idea, aim at the crowd who for the most part has limited resources.
