Problem with Uplay & Your Shape | Forums

When I go to access Uplay from Your Shape Fitness, it has never once asked me to register or sign in from a Uplay account. It automatically loads me already into Uplay from an account with the same name as this one.

1 & 2. When I go to the "Account > Email and Password" page it shows filled in the New email address box "undefined" and New password and Confirm password boxes are already filled in with eight asterisks. When I change the information to match the information of this account (the one im currently writing this question from) it says "Oops! This email address is already in use by another ubi.com account".

3.When I enter a new e-mail address not the one attached to this account then it gives me the error. "Oops! The submitted information was either empty or invalid".

4 & 5. When I go to Account > Personal Information all fields are blank and it says Canada right under my name. When im not from Canada im from USA. When I go to enter all the correct information I get the same error as before. "Oops! The submitted information was either empty or invalid".

So how can I go about to fix this situation? How would I unlink the ubi account which I never linked in the first place. I would really like to get the achievements for linking my Uplay account to Your Shape Fitness and go about to using the Your Shape Fitness website that works with the game.

So I finally got a solution to my problem. They had me call the support line number.

So my problem was that way back when Uplay first started even before the website existed they did not require you to created an account. It would just attach to your gamertag so that was why I couldnt change any of my info. Because it pulls everything from your gamertag. The other issue was that I paid the 800 microsoft points to change my gamertag name way back then too. So because of that until I realize that I change my gamertag name he was unable to unlink my account. So he unlinked my account and I was able to attach my new account to Uplay.

So glad everything is fixed and now I can track my Your Shape stuff online now.
