I have unlocked the advanced cardio workout and really want to go back to the intermediate level for a few weeks to build my stamina before killing myself in advanced. Is there a way to do this???

The only way I am aware of achieving that is to manually choose a session. After selecting "Start Training", instead of selecting "Start My Program", select "Choose A Session". Then you can select from Cardio, Toning, Sculpting, and whatever level/session you want to work on: 1.* being Beginner, 2.* being Trained (Intermediate?), and 3.* being Advanced.
Having unlocked everything myself this is how I do my daily workouts.
