    The same thing happened to me too! I just got the "we're sorry" message, after following the link in my email, and entering the same email address at the end of the survey.

    What do you mean when it said you weren't qualified? What message did you get?

    I took the survey and when I was done it told me due to the responses that I didn't qualify for anything.

    Hmmm that's odd. Have you contacted Ubisoft Support?

    I asked and the codes are for the New Year New You DLC and can not be saved or used for any other type of DLC for Your Shape.
