I sent a help ticket saying that i want my Diamond Membership Canceled, well my mom did, i just looked at her. We did everything we had too, and we recived an e-mail with " Thank you! Your's daughter's membership has been canceled!" But it just got renewed! Why? I don't wanna be a member forever.
