I normally work out regularly, weight lifting, hiking and stationary bike riding. Thanks to playing too much softball, I have developed a severe case of plantar fasciitis.

Now, walking from one room to the next is an adventure in pain. I have gained 10 pounds in the last 6 months too. I can still do some weightlifting but, any CV is difficult.
So, I guess the moral is, watch for any kind of over-exercise.
Can't point this enough. Once I had one nasty Achilles tendon injury... gotta tell you, not only I couldn't run anymore, I couldn't even walk like a normal person.Originally posted by faustnik:

All because I neglect light injury which quickly became demonic one.
That is valid for any type of over-exercise and "light injuries". It is thin line from that to bad injury. Better to 100% recover first then to risk continuing with full training...
