First you need to host your image online somewhere. http://imageshack.us is one possible place.

First click the gray button to Browse for your images then click the blue Upload button, as seen here:



Once the image is uploaded you'll see a form field called Direct Link, just copy the URL from there.



They reply to this thread and click the yellow highlighted button for Images and paste in the Direct Link URL you'd saved earlier and tada!
