    It's a great suggestion minguswolf.

But, getting Ubisoft to listen to it and act on it is a lesson in complete and utter futility. They don't listen to anything we have to say about what "we" want in a sub sim. I give you SH V as an example. There was no input from the fans of the series accepted. Instead, they opted for a dumbed down reinvention of the sim in order to cater to a younger demographic target audience.
Even if they did listen and gave us everything we want, they would find a way to SNAFU it.

That would probably be fun, but dont count on Ubisoft to do it. They dont listen to their customers

As for Ubisoft, yea, what else is new...

But being able to control one of the BB's duking it out on the surface would make for a nice game.

I may be chastised for the following comment, but it needs to be said.

The only way the Silent Hunter Franchise will be revitalized is if some other company takes over the reins of the Silent Hunter franchise and will stick with it when it comes to supporting their product. In my opinion, Ubisoft has killed the Silent Hunter franchise with SH5. The game is lousy.

This is all I have to say on the above subject.
