    I don't get where you get cloning from.

    The animus doesn't in any way clone the user. It reads the user's DNA and lets the user watch his/her ancestor's memories.

    If by puzzles you mean tombs, that doesn't make any sense. If you mean the glyph puzzles, that doesn't make any sense either.

    And your topic and your post don't connect either. Rephrase please?

    The many Animus machines are there to train the templars utilizing the bleeding effect, not to clone Desmond or anyone else.
