    You can just use a screenshot, put it in Photoshop or PaintShopPro, and put a picture with a transparent background wherever you want in it.

    Yes.

    If you want it in a moving cockpit you'll have to get the pic and chroma key it into the video. The video would have to be a rock solid camera capture.

    Make sure you get all the lighting and resolution to match as well.

    It's no easy task. Did you see the one in FH&C? MrVH did a great job on that one. There's a video of how he did that somewhere...on the DVD I think. There may have been some 'cheating' involved but that doesn't matter if noone notices it

    New question... Im using lens flare to shine from my plane how can i slow down the lens flare track so it just wont come and go in 5 secs.

    This is being done in Adobe After Effects

    If I use vegas or after effects i got same problem. I apply lens flare to video and use keyframes but how can i delete the lens flare from other scene that it wont stay on to the end of the video.
