Yikes, those are some steep prices! I was hoping it was along the lines of a Texan ride here in the states, which is only in the hundreds of dollars range or so.

Methinks, I better set my WWII flying sights a bit lower or I'll have to leave the family home for this European vacation.

    Hmmmm....

Thanks to all for the help and links though.

'For the Irish Airforce' - spot on m8

But some were built by Vickers for the Dutch too, in 1948.

Now Dutch owned, and as the Dutch bought three she's painted up Dutch too.

    Either way it's a beaut.
I posted up a Merlin start up sound clip a while back, and this is H98/161/PV202/"Grace" Start Up, Taxi and Take Off.wav High quality, recorded on a £14k+ broadcast camera, I think the mic alone cost £700. Un edited, just as it came off the camera.

It's 20Mb in size and a Wav file.

    Wow, that is good.
I have 1,000GB of storage and Unlimited Bandwidth per month on it - thought it was 300Gb and 3,000 Gb repectively but they ahve upgraded it!

Hostgator is the company, pretty good, support can get a little flaky at times..

    Whoops typo!
