    First off, I enjoy the game, I think they are on to something here and its loads of fun. But as I feel somewhat intelligent when it comes to figuring out games I would say as I pick them up very quicky.... that is except this one.... If I am confused, many others are as well im sure of it.

    Here is the question:

    When I select a workout like arm workouts you see an A,B,C,D,E, in group one of the arm workouts. then group two with the same A,B,C,D,etc. Is that intending that if I want to do my arms one day that I need to do all of those workouts in the groups together? If not what is the intentions/purpose of grouping them with letters and numbers?

    I used to play football and when training we would work out 1 body part a day for that week and thats what I would like to do here but it doesnt seem that intuitive.

    So monday arms tuesday cardio wed legs etc etc. is this possible to setup? and if not, how do I organize my workouts on the fly each time?

    If Ubisoft thought to make the game so confusing to get people to come to the forum it sure worked for me as this bugged me so much I had to come here and figure this out. I think this is the first time ive ever signed up for a forum on a game which I think says something to the dev team I hope...

    The differences between the letters do two things. The first is add more harder exercises so A is the easiest in the category. The second is add additional time so H would have the hardest exercises and more reps.
