I have installed and finished the game once.
Right now your like "Huh?",just stay with me.
I uninstalled the game, then I had an epifiny, and decided to reinstall it.
Well, here is were things got wierd. I put in the disk(1) and click Install. I say yes the EULA and it asks me if c:\Farcry is the dir to install to. I should have asked for c:\programs\ubisoft\Farcry.
So I click yes, its the same dir that I had it installed to last time. It begins to install. Immediatelly after "Prepareing files for installation" window finishes (approx 2 seconds) I loose the signal to my monitor,the cd stops spinning and I cant do anything but power off my machine (which absolutely kills my windows registery).
1) Why did it not ask me for my CD-key code?
2) How did the CD!?!? know to install to c:\Farcry?
3) How am I going to install this wonderful game?
Things Ive tried:
1) I changed the install dir to c:\Fcry...etc.
I believe this is some kind of priate protection because it does not ask for the CD-key.
