I get a radar contact near Tarawa that shows up as a ship icon. Have cam and contacts on. Hit next and I see this thing. First I thought it was a wall or subnet, but it's not. It shows as floating on the water, go under you see nothing.
This SS sorta looks like a wall, but it floats on the water and the shaped is like a boat with a clipper bow. I did just load the radar detection whatever it's called, but not sure how it works.

    It's not a subnet...

I go ahead and run over it. You can't go over it, but it does no damage, even at flank. You push against it and red sparkles dance all over your sub, mostly at the front, like some sort of electric spark.

I'm sure it's simple, just never heard of it. Another one just showed up on radar. I will post the one of me running over it if needed.

You can see the sparks at the front..hard to catch them, cuz they happen fast all over .

Shows sparks a little better, but they can get quite intense...stange I've never heard of this.
I did almost get stuck on it. Almost got over it and finally backed out..no damage, just lots of sparks.

The way you stack MODs, I am surprised that you don't get pink elephants and fairies dancing on the cigarette deck.

You can lock on to it and it just states target.
I fired a torp at it and it blew up nicely, but stated "neutral target destroyed." I wonder what I blew up.

It shows sunk as Target1. That matches whatever the blank page is in the ID book. Wonder what Target2 is? Guess Ducimas put a spy in the hole of a sunken ship with electronic spyware.

Just running TMO1.7, maxoptics and RSRD with patches.

edit,,,went around the island came back to calm waters. It's a sunken ship, you can see outline of rudder and prop on the surface, just nothing underneath. Guess the sparks were just metal rubbing. Hope I don't get chewed out....

Ha ha your sharkfaced sub must have a very happy dentist his teeth are so clean they sparkle. I bet that is being caused by all those mods you are using like dgrayson said. they say that doing this makes odd things like that happen I suppose you are living proof. So are you saying that this was a ship you had already sunk and then you saw it in this state and sunk it again? Sounds like some sort of mod conflict to me.

Have never run more than a few mods at one time and now TMO has all I use, except RSRD...must be thinking of someone elses mod page.

No, I didn't sink it, it came up as a radar contact and wala, that's what I found. Even though it's sunk, you still can blow it up.

As stated, these two targets are programmed into the game as Target1, which is the blank page in your ID book. I assume target 2 is the same. Still haven't found the dolphin yet. Either that or a bug in TMO.

However, you can see elephants in the game if you know where to look.

I've come across ships that have already been sunk. By who or what, I don't know. I found a sunken, burning, tanker in a harbor during a photo recon I once had.
